My shoutbox is currently out..

AAHHHHHH!!!! my shoutbox is out!! here what they commented on their server. hopefully it's not their fault coz the service that they provide has been doing very well, did not experience any problem and most of all, IT'S FREE!!!

I have received the notification from my host regarding ShoutMix. They have mentioned that ShoutMix is using too much resources and causing the server to slow down. This is considered as resource abuse.

My options are either to close down ShoutMix or move to a dedicated one. I am unable to afford a dedicated server so I will try my best to maintain this service.
At the moment I just want to close the shoutbox for a while and check whether if it is ShoutMix that causes the whole server load thingy. If the server load drop dramatically after I close down the shoutbox, it is my fault and I will need to move ShoutMix somewhere else. If not, it could be caused by other sites on the same server so I can stay with this host.
Sorry everyone for the interuptions. This is not a very good news for myself too.
